Ticket In, Ticket Out (TITO) – IL Market Update!

TITO is beginning to be enabled in the Illinois Video Gaming Terminal (VGT) Market!

The Illinois Gaming Board (IGB), in conjunction with top manufacturers, will be enabling ticket in, ticket out (TITO) software across game rooms in Illinois. J&J is here to assist our patrons and partnered establishments every step of the way during this exciting transition!

As manufacturers are still undergoing testing, not all machines will be TITO-enabled immediately. As manufacturers get approvals from the IGB, applicable machines across the state will be enabled over the next year. This is part of a statewide initiative impacting all terminal operators equally.

TITO provides an elevated gaming experience for our partnered locations and patrons! After winning big on a TITO enabled VGT, patrons now have the ability to transfer the monetary value of their redemption ticket into another machine, without having to cash out! This allows for quicker machine transfer, increased gameplay, and a more seamless gaming experience for all involved.

Step 1 – Insert cash into a TITO-enabled gaming machine at your local J&J location!

Step 2 – Play, Win, Cash out! When you cash out, you’ll get a printed TITO accessible ticket.

Step 3 – Take your ticket to another TITO-enabled machine in the same game room.

Step 4 – PLAY!

Step 5 – Once you are finished, you can cash out your final ticket!
