Each time a patron completes an entry into the Sweepstakes, they may qualify for automatic bonus entries, based on their tiered rewards level in J&J’s Player PAYBACK® rewards program. The patron’s reward level status is based on the number of check-ins from the last day of the 1st quarter of 2026, March 31st.
