COVID-19 UPDATE: Restaurant Revitalization Fund Licensed Establishments – The new Covid-19 stimulus bill includes a separate Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF) which sets aside approximately $28 billion for a Small Business Administration (SBA) grant program to help support restaurants, bars and other on-premise businesses.
